1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern your use of the FlipWorld online store at flipworld.store ("the Store"), operated by FlipWorld-ee ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our Store, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

By using this Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. Our Store is intended for consumers located in the European Union.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by EU law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.

4. Order Process & Contract Formation

An order placed through our Store constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Payment

We accept payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is subject to our [Shipping Policy], which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at letsflip@flipworld.store before the withdrawal period expires. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

8. Warranties & Statutory Rights

All products sold through FlipWorld are covered by the 2-year statutory guarantee under EU law (Directive 2019/771). If a product is defective or non-conforming, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. These rights are in addition to any commercial warranty provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlipWorld shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Store. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For disputes, we encourage you to contact us first at letsflip@flipworld.store. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
